Well, so much for "all things" being certain. Our alliance leaders
put their faith in me to get all the kinks worked out with regard
to standings and a place for us to live.

As always, these things require patience, negotiation, and willingness
to adapt and to compromise... and be flexible. Please understand
that the arrangement is rent-free.

After one very long conversation, followed by two moderate ones...
it has come down to this:

1) Our application to be "guests of" Mostly Harmless is under
consideration now.
2) They want us to show some muscle. As a result, if we succeed,
we will own an entire constellation of 7 systems, one of which has
a station.
3) We will get use of (without sov) a system in Pure Blind. We
requested GA-P6C. What this means is we provide the upgrades.
They install them. We benefit from the ratting/plexing/mining.

Pure Blind on dotlan. (http://evemaps.dotlan.net/map/Pure_Blind)

Even if the alliance is not successful in holding sov in the lower
constellation, there will be other options for us. All of the
conversations I have had with Mostly Harmless would indicate a
desire on their part to see our two entities working together in
a mutually-beneficial relationship. This is a huge plus.
